What we’re looking for:

Our ideal candidate is a hard-working enthusiastic individual dedicated to putting children's wellbeing first. Excellent behavior management and communication skills are essential. While experience is preferred we welcome new graduates eager to grow and develop their careers.

Requirements:

Active Massachusetts dental license.

Massachusetts sedation permit or ability to apply for one.

Competitive compensation: $1300 per day or 33-35% of all collections (whichever is greater), including all hygiene related codes with a bonus structure.
