Tender Care Dentistry- Associate Dentist

We are a 2 dentist & 3 hygienist pediatric dental practice in the DC suburb of southern Maryland. Charlotte Hall, MD is located about 30 minutes from DC on a beautiful peninsula and the area offers great opportunities for fishing, boating, hunting, cycling, and family activities.

The office hours are 8 am to 5 pm on Mon-Th in the office and one Friday at the hospital each month (if interested).

My previous associate averaged $60k in production each month working these days and I currently average about $75k monthly.

Nitrous oxide only, no oral sedation is offered to patients.

Appointment length for restorative treatment determined by the dentist who treatment plans the work. Treatment planned patients stay with the dentist unless requested otherwise.

After hours emergency call duty shared among the dentists.

Details of pay are flexible (per diem, $900 daily minimum, production percentage, or some mix of these). Collection = 98% of production YTD, average of 100% for the past 3 years
