Application and Post-Match Instructions
The NYU Langone Dental Medicine Advanced Education in Pediatric Dentistry participates in the PASS application and Match process. All of our sites that participate are listed in PASS and applications need to be completed through the PASS portal. No materials are required to be sent to the program.

Please follow the SIX (6) steps listed below to have your post-match application considered.
1. Review the program description and admission requirements
2. If you have already applied to ANY NYU Langone Pediatric Dental Medicine training site during this application cycle, the NYU Langone Dental Pediatric Dentistry program will already have access to your PASS application. Please skip step 3 AND proceed to complete the survey in step 4.
3. If you have NOT already applied to an NYU Langone Dental Medicine Pediatric Dental training site during the current PASS application cycle, then log into the PASS website and designate NYU Langone Dental Medicine/Brooklyn (PASS Code 333) as a recipient of your application by 5pm (EST) on Tuesday, January 21, 2024. After designating your application PROCEED to complete the survey in step 4. Only those with a completed PASS application will be considered.
4. By 5pm (EST) on Tuesday, January 21, 2024, complete and submit the online survey link or QR Code below with the NYU Langone Dental Medicine Pediatric Dental training locations at which you wish to apply. The online survey will be available beginning January 17th and accessible from this page. There is no additional material that needs to be sent into the program.
5. Complete Social Media Review- all applicants must consent to a review of your public-facing social media accounts. PLEASE SUBMIT USING THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS YOU USED IN YOUR PASS APPLICATION.
6. Should you have questions, please send ONE email inquiry addressed to the three (3) names and email addresses listed below. Please do not send any documents or verification of documents as all applications and materials must be submitted by following steps 1-5.

6. The program recommends you complete the steps above by January 24,2024 at 5pm est as interviews and offers will begin to be made starting January 25,2024. However, applications will continue to be accepted after this date and reviewed until our last vacancy is filled. We may continue to interview through March 31, 2024 for vacancies in existing sites or new sites that may be accepting its inaugural class.
7. The program recommends you complete the steps above by Tuesday, January 21,2025 at 5pm (Eastern Time) as interviews and offers will begin to be made starting January 24, 2025. However, applications will continue to be accepted after this date and reviewed until our last vacancy is filled. We may continue to interview through March 31, 2025 for vacancies in existing sites or new sites that may be accepting its inaugural class.
The program anticipates that the post-Match selection will be completed by March 31st. If you are not contacted by March 31st, you may reapply during the next cycle or may be interested in a post-match AEGD position with NYU Langone Dental.
