Primary Health Solutions (PHS) operates a state-of-the-art 8-chair dental clinic at its Middletown Health Center, built in 2011 and located 40 miles north of downtown Cincinnati and 25 miles south of Dayton. In addition to the clinic and its team of experienced dentists and support staff, PHS offers dental services on its 2-operatory mobile dental coach which provides onsite dental care to children in Butler County schools, during school hours, and to adults during non-school hours. In addition, the coach provides dental care at social service agencies for adults who may have difficulty obtaining appointments with private dentists due to severe mental illness, homelessness, etc. The PHS dental resident will provide care primarily in the clinic.
